Curated, signed base images. Ubuntu LTS for the safe choice, Fedora for the latest packages, Rocky for the RHEL crowd. Bring your own ISO if your distro isn't here yet.

questions

People in Nigeria usually ask

Can I get a VPS in Nigeria on RumptyCloud?

Yes. RumptyCloud virtual machines run in Lagos. Pick a Linux image, SSH in, and you have a VPS on Nigerian infrastructure — not a box in Europe or the US.

How much does a Lagos VPS cost?

Every verified user gets a free 3-day trial VM. Persistent plans start at $1.55/month. The site can show prices in naira or US dollars.

Which Linux images can I run?

Ubuntu 24.04, Ubuntu 22.04, Debian 12, Fedora 40, and Rocky Linux 9. SSH keys and cloud-init are included.

Is this accessible cloud hosting for Nigerian startups?

Yes, that is the point. Small persistent VMs, hourly billing if you power off, and naira price display so a Lagos team can budget without guessing FX.
